We know communication between veterinary services is important, therefore we make it a priority to ensure you are kept up to date with your patients rehabilitation plan and discuss any findings with you.

How To Refer A Case

To refer a case for hydrotherapy please download and complete the hydrotherapy referral form here and forward via email to info@theanimalrehabclinic.co.uk along with your patients clinical history. We will then contact your client and make further arrangements. 

After your clients appointment with us we will send you a report of our recommended rehabilitation plan. 

Should you have any questions or further recommendations we will be happy to discuss this with you.
